Why is my package delayed?
While we partner with premium carriers, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Extreme weather conditions
- Peak holiday seasons
Why do I need to pay customs fees?
Our international parcel shipments are carried out under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be borne by the recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of these costs.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us to modify the address before you receive the shipping notification. Once the order package begins transit, the address cannot be changed, and any resulting losses will be your responsibility.
How do I know my ring size?

Can I cancel my order?
Standard orders may be canceled within 12 hour of purchase. Personalized/customized items cannot be canceled once production begins.
What's your return policy?
We support returns within 14 days, provided that the product is free from defects. For specific policies, please refer to the Refund, Return, and Exchange page.
My package was returned due to unpaid duties/wrong address. What now?
Contact us within 7 days to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees apply). Unclaimed returns will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee.
How do I maintain my jewelry?
