1. Returns/Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

You may request a return/exchange within 14 days of delivery for eligible items (earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons). Items must be unworn, undamaged, and resalable.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings & pierced jewelry (potential blood contact)
  • Customized/personalized items (confirmed pre-purchase)
  • Worn/Damaged Items: Provide pre-return photos for evaluation.

Upon approval, we’ll refund the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable). Exchanges require repurchasing with new shipping fees.

 

2. Defective Items or Undelivered Packages

Full refunds (including shipping costs) apply if:

  • Defective Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Undelivered Packages: Valid only for correctly addressed orders with paid duties (if applicable).

No Refunds for issues caused by:

❌ Unreachable contact number
❌ Unpaid customs duties
❌ Address changes during transit
❌ Recipient refusal/unsigned delivery
❌ Missing customs documents
