Can my package be declared as a gift for customs?

No. Our carriers do not support declaring packages as gifts for customs clearance.

 

Who is responsible for following up on shipped orders?

Once shipped, you are obligated to proactively follow up on the status of the package shipment. Vikee is not liable for delivery delays. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Why am I responsible for contacting the carrier about delays or lost packages instead of Vikee?

As orders are shipped internationally, we cannot monitor the logistics status in destination countries. Direct communication with local carriers by customers ensures more efficient resolution due to language and operational differences. We will fully cooperate to provide necessary documents and information to facilitate your communication with local carriers.

 

Are VAT and import duties included?

All international shipments are sent under DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), meaning these fees are NOT included in the product price. You are responsible for paying applicable duties/taxes to receive your package. We cannot estimate these fees (if any). We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about potential charges for overseas parcels.

Based on past experience, the following destinations typically incur no import duties:

• United States, Singapore, South Korea
• EU countries (excluding remote regions): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
